Each year, AHMA-NCNH recognizes the many challenges and opportunities facing individuals in all aspects of the affordable housing industry with an awards program to recognize individuals for their outstanding contributions to the multifamily affordable housing industry. This year, Yardi Systems is the presenting sponsor of the awards.

There are four award categories which AHMA-NCNH and Yardi Systems invites you to nominate:
1. Outstanding Property Manager who demonstrates out of the ordinary initiative, creativity and resourcefulness in working to provide a high level of resident satisfaction and occupancy, manage the property to budget, and develop and supervise his/her staff. Has achieved significant or unique outcomes as a result of their work. Is recognized as a leader by his/her peers.
2. Outstanding Property Supervisor who demonstrates out of the ordinary initiative, creativity and resourcefulness in working to achieve a high level of client and resident satisfaction, manage the portfolio to budget, and develop and supervise his/her staff. Has achieved significant or unique outcomes as a result of their work. Is recognized as a leader and a source of inspiration by his/her peers and/or in the industry.
3. Outstanding Maintenance Professional who demonstrates excellence and professionalism in performing their work.
4. Outstanding Service Coordinator who demonstrates out of the ordinary initiative, creativity and resourcefulness in working to improve the lives of their residents and community in areas such as education, program development and advocacy. Has achieved significant or unique outcomes as a result of their work. Is recognized as a leader by his/her peers.

The application deadline for awards nominations is August 17, 2012. A special committee appointed by the President of the AHMA-NCNH Board of Directors will judge nominations. The awards presentation will be during an awards dinner on September 17, 2012 at the AHMA-NCNH 31st Annual Conference and Trade Show, at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, Burlingame, CA.
