The Affordable Housing Management Association of Northern California, Nevada and Hawaii (AHMA-NCNH) invites you to attend our 30th Annual Conference and Trade Show. Building on the success of our previous conferences, we are again offering a variety of registration options to ensure all affordable housing professionals have the opportunity to attend some portion of the conference. If you are a CPO or SHCM, the AHMA-NCNH conference is an excellent source for the continuing education units you need to be eligible to renew your certification in 2012.

Our Cruise-themed Trade Show will take place on Thursday, September 15th. It will be open from 10:15am to 3:30pm, and will close from 12:15 to 1:45pm for lunch. Exhibitors will display the latest product innovations. Come see what they have to offer! To further entice attendees to visit the trade show, many exhibitors will be raffling off prizes. The raffle will take place from 3:00 to 3:30pm on Thursday.

Registration for the 2011 AHMA-NCNH 30th Anniversary Conference is now open!

Everyone who registers and pays prior to August 17, 2011 will be entered in a special early bird raffle for a new iPad2.

Hotel accommodations are available at the Santa Clara Marriott. We have a special group room rate of just $125.00/night Single or Double Rooms. To make your reservation call (800)228-9290.

Special group rates apply prior to August 29, 2011, or when the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. Ask for the “AHMA” group rate when calling to make reservations.

*** The group block at the Marriott has been SOLD OUT for WEDNESDAY only. The special room rate at the Marriott is still available for Thursday. We've added an overflow hotel, the Avatar Hotel (part of the Joie De Vivre chain), giving us a special rate at $109/night. To make your reservation, call 408-235-8900.
