The Affordable Housing Management Association of Northern California, Nevada and Hawaii (AHMA-NCNH) invites you to attend our 29th Annual Conference and Trade Show. Building on the success of our previous conferences, we are again offering a variety of registration options to ensure all affordable housing professionals have the opportunity to attend some portion of the conference. If you are a CPO or SHCM, the AHMA-NCNH conference is an excellent source for the continuing education units you need to be eligible to renew your certification in 2011.

Thursday morning's opening session "Preparing for the Future... TODAY" will introduce the theme for the conference and get you ready to learn.

Thursday's luncheon will be served from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. where we will honor the recipients of AHMA-NCNH academic scholarships.

At this time, we will present our Industry Awards and the Pamela E. Stroud Award. This year, the Industry Awards Program and dinner are sponsored by YARDI. We will have live entertainment provided by "Xecutive Suite", a diverse band whose members are from all parts of the world. Here's your chance to relax, meet with friends, and enjoy great food while we honor some of our leading industry professionals and enjoy great music. The tradeshow cocktail mixer will run from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner and awards from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., then dance the night away. The cost is included in the conference registration price for Thursday attendees and all two-day attendees.

Friday's Poster Contest and Keynote Speaker Luncheon will be served from Noon to 2:00 p.m., during which time we will honor the recipients of the Poster Contest Awards.

The Trade Show will take place on Thursday. It will be open from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. during the Morning Break. The Trade Show Grand Opening will be from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Exhibitors will display the latest product innovations. Come see what they have to offer.
